The primary difference between the 2021 Nissan Maxima and the outgoing 2020 model is the selection of available trim levels for drivers to choose from. The 2021 Nissan Maxima is now offered in three primary trim levels, SV, SR and Platinum, in addition to a new, special 40th Anniversary Edition trim.
The 2021 Nissan Maxima 40th Anniversary Edition features a two-tone Ruby Slate Gray Pearl exterior color with a black roof, 19-inch gloss black alloy wheels, black exhaust finishers, and unique badging throughout the exterior. Inside, the 2021 Maxima 40th Anniversary Edition features unique interior styling, Satin Dark Chrome trim and leather seating with red contrast stitching.
